With great pleasure, we announce that Juliusz Kasjaniuk, a student of Grade 8, has won first place in the competition organized by the Gdańsk Board of Education and the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office on the occasion of Poland assuming the Presidency of the Council of the European Union, titled "Security, Europe."

As stated by the competition jury, Juliusz secured first place "without the slightest doubt from any of the jury members."

The official announcement of the results and the award ceremony took place on March 17 during the Student Round Table held in Gdańsk, attended by student representatives from the Tri-City area, the Pomeranian School Superintendent, the Mayor of Gdańsk, Ms. Aleksandra Dulkiewicz, as well as the Minister of Education and Member of Parliament Ms. Agnieszka Pomaska.
