On April 23rd, we celebrated Shakespeare’s birthday, the Day of the English Language, and — most of all — World Book Day! We marked the occasion in the best way we know: through stories, creativity, and a shared love of books.
It was a day full of literary magic, featuring specialized workshops, drama classes, and getting "lost in translation" during a fascinating lecture on literary translation. This special session was led by a professional translator of children’s and young adult literature, Ms. Kaja Makowska. We really hope every student went home with a little bookish spark ignited!
